Dr. Rubina Husain is one of the dynamic and successful Women Entrepreneurs of Bangladesh business world. She is currently the Managing Director & Centre Head (2004 to present) of Institute of Hotel Management & Hospitality (IHMH), Senior Vice-President (2017-2023) of Start & Improve Your Business (SIYB) Foundation of Bangladesh, Secretary General of Industry Skills Council for Tourism & Hospitality Sector (2012-2021) involved in Skills Reform, past UN Committee Chairman, District 25 (Bangladesh, India, Nepal & Srilanka), Zonta International, and 1st Vice President, Women Entrepreneurs Association. She is a certified master trainer and industry assessor (CBT&A) through her research work from TAFe Australia, University of California and Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). And also a SIYB Master Trainer, certifying potential and existing entrepreneurs through business management process to establish a business plan representing Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Foundation of Bangladesh, an affiliated organization of ILO, Dhaka.
